hope they release it as an install file, so you don't have to get eduke32 and then high resolution pack and then the polymer hrp. its much easyer with install file.

No this ain't forever, this is a mod from the original game. You need Duke 32 to play it which is another higher resolution mod.

I will attempt to put some story elements into it, so it explains itself at least, how well i can do that is entirely upto the engine

Will Bombshell, Dr. Proton, EDF soldiers, General Graves, and that farmer guy have a role in the story?

And will there be original/awesome tracks in the game?

Well there will be some awsome tracks

as for those characters, that would require modeling AND con coding, and i can barely can get any con code, let alone animated models

Well you need to thank Piterplus for that then don't you because he is the one who made Polymer. Besides most of the stuff in this isn't even done by DanM. It is just regular Hrp content with a bit of skinning and new levels.

Honestly unless i see some new models or something realy amazing then i can say i am not impressed by this. Call me a dick but i just think he gets too much credit just for making bloody maps.
