if you went to sapper school, you would return to your unit and continue to be a 21C. if you wanna be a 21B, you will probably have to reclass or re-enlist for a 21B unit.
unfortunately as long as there is chaos in the middle east the oil companies can charge what they want... and for the forseeable future i cant see there being anything but chaos
