This worked for me you just have to make sure that you delete the newest update and your save file then it will say do you want to update then say no and after every couple of levels that you level up make sure that you quit the mission and restart or your console crashes

@dazedAndConfus3d Yeh mate its easy, When it gets laggy run out of the room into the room with the desk that they hide behind, This will clear all the dead bodies that make u lag... u just have to do that every time.if u leave it for too long the lag will Get so much it will make the xbox/ps3 crash

@soodumm Yes it still works for PS3 this is how you do it go to Game on your PS3 and go all the way to the top and delete the RSV2 Data You won't lose anything except the update for patching now start the RSV2 and Cancel update and play Ambush and Tell your team to kill the two guys and tell your team to Defuse the bomb and right when Gabriel is at the bomb throw a c4/grenade and boom there ya have it. =) HAVE FUN

It's probably because overseas versions of games usually come with the patches in the game itself. So clearing your cache (Which is what erases the patch that fixes it) will do nothing.

hey, if I use the sleep boost method and want to leave the xbox running and let my team kill the turret guy

a - will the game lag out from them killing the guy over and over, and if so is there anything I can do like leave my my controller upside down with the joystick cocked so my guy is constantly running into a corner? or is there another way?

b - If the game lags from the teammates killing the guy over and over, will this cause danger to my xbox putting it at risk to overheat or anything?
