@majoflower This was 1997 though, in 1997 that Bolivian team was a top 20 FIFA ranked team (assuming you give the rankings any weight) that was tough as hell to play in Bolivia, they hadn't lost a single qualifying game at home during the last two world cup qualification cycles (94 & 98 wc). So its not the worlds craziest statements.
