Yeah gram for gram, LSD is indeed the most potent psychoactive drug on the planet, not only that, LSD is also the 2nd most "potent" chemical known to man! Botulism is the most potent. The toxin is effective @ 20 microgrammes, whilst LSD can produce baseline effects from 30 microgrammes. A "standard" acid trip is ~100 microgrammes (0.1mg), a good but not too strong dose is ~250 microgrammes (0.25mg), whilst DMT you need ~35mg for a "standard" trip. But as for intensity... DMT is stronger, lots!

I have done mushrooms dozens of times and always found the trip wonderful and very benign, same can be said for acid, clears cobwebs from the mind. DMT is much more powerful in that you really do seem to experience a different dimensional reality but also friendly.
