I've seen it done that way and been shown that way as well. My long 3 is sort of a mish mash in that I first learned it as a Tracy kata, then as EPAK, then back to Tracy and then back to EPAK, so it's a little jumbled, I think. :)

It looks really good; better than most I've seen. Only thing was Wings of Silk looked really stiff. Really good though!
