I live in Cleveland and went to Symon's B-Spot for the 1st time. Lola burger kicked my ass! Fried egg, bacon, red onion, cheddar and mayo topped on the burger patty!
And there is a separate pickle bar, where you take your own food over to this bar and add your own customized pickles to. I put garlic pickles on mine...mmmm...good stuff....I'll be back
Been here, I'd say it's the best restaurant I've ever been to. I've been to better according to critics, but when I eat I'm the critic at the moment and I'd say it's the best. I loved the crispy pigs ear and the beef cheek perogie is the BEST thing I've EVER tasted! I stayed with the Mid-West local dishes and figured how much more local can the Walley be? Being on Lake Erie I had to try it... it was ok. The artichoke soup is amazing, but not always on the menu.
"This is to all the niggas out there. Anything with someone spittin out lines ain’t made for you anymore. The shit you seein on food netwerk and hearin on the Radio is made for white people. It’s to make them feel good, and to confuse the niggas. It makes the niggas sleep.30 to 40 years ago niggas wasn’t sleepin. So they passed them crack. Still many niggas wasn’t sleepin, so now they passed them glamour. Now many niggas sleepin"
i want to meet him soooo bad!! i love cooking and i live in pittsburgh! my bro lives in cleveland ohio. maybe i can meet him there. does he serve the food directly to you??
as of late he isn't in his restaurants much, he's a busy man now.
I'm eating at his two places soon. since this show he opened up a sister place called Lolita. it's like a wine bar, focus on mediterrainean/italian type of food from my understanding.
I've only eaten at Symon's "Lolita" bistro spin-off, but it was one of the best meals, and by far the best restaurant meal of my life. Great classic dishes with a creative flair...and yes, both my app as well as my entreé had pork in them. And they were damned good.
Had the bone marrow at roast! hooo boy its like beef jello and its sooo goood!
