@rykeyz just cuz they dont make millions doesnt mean they dont have money. watch the cribs episode with Ryan Key...hes not aching for money at all. i support my local music all the time. all my friends that are in bands in my hometown NEED money so i pay for my tickets to their shows and i pay for tickets to all my favorite big bands too. when it comes to paying for albums for big bands like this, id rather download than pay 10-15 dollars for a piece of plastic. sry but you didnt convince me...

@banekrayt MTV Cribs was years ago. He moved to Georgia by now and I doubt that he has a house like the one shown in Cribs. It's good that you pay for the tickets and everything, but if YC don't SELL records Hopeless Records isn't gonna keep them under their wings for too long. If YC don't SELL records they are not going to tour. If they don't go on tour you can't BUY a ticket and support them. If you want to be so ignorant and get the music illegally go ahead. You're just a sucker for life then

@rykeyz Dude i totally agree with you, but in my country they don't sell there records. Its really awful i searched everywhere but i just cant found them.

@GuitarAdvanced thanks for your support :) they barely sell Yellowcard here in Germany too. therefore I buy their records on amazon. You should try and check that or other online sites from your country that sell CDs. You could even try Ebay. Or, if you just want the songs and not the CD, you can always buy off iTunes ;)

@banekrayt oh by the way. when Yellowcard were on hiatus, the guys worked normal jobs to make a living. Sean sold cars, Ryan cut down trees, etc

@rykeyz i never said that. im in a band that gets paid too. i know what its like. record sales are important when you arent signed. its just as valid as your shirts, stickers, buttons, etc. once you get signed to a label, they focus on touring and crowd turnouts. the ticket prices skyrocket at first and then they level out to a decent price then once you hit "stardom" they skyrocket again. record sales are mainly for the labels once a band is signed. bands see very little royalty checks
