T  SEVREN NI ARB couldn`t have been stocked doing the same kind of music of his begining , dispite that I think he didnt change a lot in this track although I think it is a very good song. NICE COME BACK !!

Bands change I guess . Funny because someone said they were not a big fan of the band before but they like this song. I think for me it's opposite. I was a fun but am sad that they lost their edge. What if I punch you in the face... will you get angry and dark again then? Wish them the best though. Hope they get to tour soon. I would love to see them. LEGENDS

I almost shit myself when I saw this video. I wasnt even aware of a comeback from these guys. I agree, this is a lot more smoother then the traditional XMTP. Obviously they are paying a homage to youth through this song, explaining the mellow tone. Now that the band is truly "all grown up", I can respect this new approach to their music, but would really appreciate if there were two, maybe three songs on this new album where old XMTP lashes out. Awesome song, though. Cant wait to buy this.

i think that we don´t need more old school EBM or Dark Electro bands, all of them sounds equally one to another, XMTP don't need to revive the old glories, they're still the best electro visionaries in the world, they invented the future pop, they deserves the opportunity to show us their new vision of the future music, i love all their albums from "Freaks" to "Drawback" and i love this video and this song, yes...i'm a true XMTP fan and you got my support

I don`t wanna offend you, but you may be more of a fanatic than fan. I don`t agree with you that XMTP invented future pop - this is domain of APB, Covenant, VNV Nation and such bands. Drawback and Meshwork are quite unique in sound, much poppier than previous albums, but I wouldn`t tag these as future pop. I don`t complain the song is not as dark and raw as the old stuff, all I say is that it`s bad song from every angle to me...

Thanks to answer my comment, your point of view is so respectable than my personal point of view, and for me XMTP were the first band playing future pop, when nobody knows how the future pop was, APB, Covenant and VNV Nation put the "registered mark" to the genere, but they not invented it, maybe is their domain, but they're not the inventors to me ;), please don't feel offended, i repeat, your point of view is so respectable than mine, and i love APB, Covenant and VNVN Too :)

This is quite sad. I`ve never hoped for XMTP comeback after noticeable artistic decline that can be heard on Meshwork and Drawback (yes, there`re still some good pieces there, but as a whole those releases cannot compete with previous XMTP stuff), but this song shows how cruel some comebacks can be to die-hard fans. Dull programming, uninteresting sounds, crappy lyrics and terrible "clip". Sorry Sevren, but can`t swallow this. I love most of your stuff since Scarecrow days, but this is no good.

where is the experimentation? where is the rawness? I just don't understand the need to come out of retirement to do something that a million other tired EBM acts are doing already.

I figured this comeback would be a STATEMENT - but just going by this track, the magic is long gone.

I like the scenery in this video, the wind turbines, etc. Evokes a message of nostalgia, a reflection of looking back on youth.

The boy has an uncanny resemblence to Sevren. A relative, perhaps?

look, this sound xmtp introduced 1995./1996. with facer and meshwork. it was future pop before future pop existed! almost 15 years later they are giving us the absolutely same sound with this "17" single !

no, thanx. i will not buy it, and believe me I have at least 10 original xmtp cd-s on my cd-shelf.

and yes, I do like the pre facer phase much more. it was the european sound of vancouver
