I believe you're still wrong. Although it looks like a 6/9, he's not playing the high A, making it just G6. The second chord, which I have yet to name correctly, is something like a D˚maj7, if such a thing exists (maybe Fm6?). The notes are G#/Ab, D, F, C, with that voicing from low to high. The third chord is something like Am6/9, with the final chord in that little I-iv-IV-V substitution being a step lower than the 2nd chord, a "C˚maj7". Last chord in the second part is D9(#5)
