DC cheats, Lets make it fair...JLA VS: Reed Richards Franklin Richards Hulk Thor Sentry Ms. Marvel She Hulk Quicksilver Iron Man GAME OVER FOR JLA. MARVEL>DC
Dc Characters get beat by whimp character many many times, Superman by Luthor or Toyman, Flash by Razor or Capt. boomerang, Batman by Hangman, Wonder Woman lost to Paperman, Manhunter to some guy smoking a pipe wasn't even trying to fight him, Fire Storm by Hiena, etc. In one story mini clones of Jla got beat by Lois Lane and mini clones of Lois Lane with no powers. In another story they almost lost to Ra Al Ghul's gang none of which have any powers.
To have Superman fight Hulk they should have Brandon Routh take on Lou Ferigno in a real boxing match then you'd find out how pathetically weak Superman is.
Sandman gave up crime and became a hero some time ago in the comics and has helpped heroes on occasion. Other villians turned heroes are Quick Silver and Scarlet Witch, Black Widow (originally a spy), Hawkeye allie of Black Widow, Medusa, Elektra, Namor and Hulk have been both villian and heroes, and not sure what others.

C'mon, Doctor Strange would defeat Green Lantern(Hal Jordan), Thor would crush Captain Marvel(Shazam), Iron Man would take out Batman, Quasar would own Flash, Vision would destroy Martian Man-Hunter, Hulk would smash Orion, Sentry would defeat Superman, Ms. Marvel would easily beat Hawk Girl, Sersi would erase Fire(Beatriz da Costa), Captain Marvel would end Wonder Woman, and Sub-Mariner beats Aquaman. No way can a whale stop Namor, That comic was a joke..
Honestly the victory goes to the Avengers, or more so to one Avenger and thats the Scarlet Witch, a Mutant with Reality Based Controlling Powers. The rest of the team wouldn't even have to lift a finger during the battle unless they just wanted to play decoy. Lets not forget she decimated, altered and even murdered some of her "friends" when she went crazy but she destroyed almost the entire Marvel Mutant Population with 3 words----can anyone say No More JLA?!

AVENGERS WIN AT LAST WITH A TUFF BATTLE. supermans stronger than the old hulk but world breaker hulk is more stronger! Hulks got yet sentry and thor to help too. So superman is FINISHED unless superboy and supergirl HELPS! they still be crushed too!.

@DesertHunter24 You must be kidding yourself. No matter how fast Flash is, he is still only a human after all. With that being said, he only has the durability of a man. If he were at full speed and punched Hulk, his arm would most definitely be torn off. Hulk would still be standing there wondering why Flash is on the ground screaming in front of him with a missing arm, lol. You have to agree with me on that one.

@GremlinFromKremlin The Hammer bounced off Hyperion with no effect, it hurt superman first time. Thor was trying to stop superman not kill him so could use more power the next time. He could also use time space power of hammer to cast superman into another dimension, or onto a planet with a red sun, so not a given superman would always win. Batman Beat Hulk with gas second time it didn't work, submariner beat hulk with whirlpool 2nd time he needed another way.
About Hulk vs JLA. I agree superman and Manhunter could beat Hulk, but Flash has been beaten by Capt. Boomerang, Capt. Cold, etc. and would lose to hulk. Wonder Woman was stunned by a single punch from Giganta the Gorrilla Girl, and beaten by Hercules of Hercules Unchained nowhere near as powerful as Marvels Hercules. So Unless Wonder Woman lassoes him early or something or uses some other weapon, HUlk would stomp wonder Woman. Wonder Woman deflect small bullets, Hulk catches artillery shells.
Batman would lose against the black panther the panther has been training since a child and plus he isn't afraid to let people know who he is or afraid to kill.
thor can take down all the JLA by him self. superman take power from sun and he is nonthig without it. and kryptonite and the other blue or black stone. DC ma have more power then marvel but dc have there wikness.even two moons kids can kill superman.

You can argue that the jla and avengers are evenly matched in overall skill and effective use of their powers/abilities but it's been established that dc universe power levels are much greater than marvel ones on the average. This would be the deciding factor.
