@seguin1st 1st off he never starts the fight unless he is backing up a teammate like he did here and he did the same earlier with gaustad when he went after giroux, last year hartnell did well fighting, not the biggest and best guys but thats cus they all asked him to fight or just started it this year he was ok, had a couple bad fights where neither guys got punches off and wer draws and slight edge vs ruutu and a draw w/ gaustad and got popped by a much bigger aulie and then this, hes alright

throwing a clean check (that wasn't even a big hit) on O'donnell late in the second when the sabs were up by a goal. That was an atrocious call. Other than that everything else was a penalty. Sabs did what they were supposed to. They split at home and only lost by 1 goal to a heavily favored team when they spent a rediculous amount of time in the box. That's just a confidence builder as far as i'm concerned

@buttkick22 Your first statement was the the flyers won because they had 12 PP. Then you said that buffalo only had 9 PP in both games combined. So that was pretty much making excuses. Now you said the flyers only had 10 PP in that game and buffalo had 8. My statement wasn't false the second time, I just said " power plays " instead of my intended penalties. because the penalties were in fact, 11-12. The PP time was pretty similar during the game. Not to mention buffalo scored twice on the PP.

If only thing you're going to do is stand there and toss punches, then you'll get destroyed. Fighting is a combination of wrestling and striking. Doing only one of those things won't do you too good against someone who does both.
