is this specifically the kerala style? ive always seen this as the "city style" in india, kind of the general all encompassing style, maybe it came from kerala originally though..
it's nice that they are putting these videos and i can see that they are trying to do them quickly, but why do them so quickly when, if they spent only a minute or two more, the end result would be how it should, i learned how to put the sari on this way when i was 8 or 9 and i could've probably done it better, :\
a tip to anyone trying this style, do the pleats for the pallu first, pin them in place on your shoulder how you would want them in the end, BEFORE doing the front pleats, then after the pallu is secure you can do the front pleats nicely. this way the material gets pulled tightly around you which is how this type of sari is supposed to be :)
haha,its not so bad,da pallu had to be pulled a little tight,this will be very comfortable for da gal to sit and move around,this is wat indian women call "very practical sari wearing"

the way this lady tie saree is untidy. i cant see ppl wearing saree like dis...looks worse
