so you see, it's not necessary, but can help.
and if you're not in pain, you must do what you love. just get your muscles reconditioned.
Look for the "cuban press" with light to medium weight as a way to prehab back rotator cuff.

I thought the originator of Neurosoma did not advocate exercise or stretching. Can you clarify this.
There is a connection between the hips and shoulders and head right?
