  • not exactly a smart thing to do lol

  • i never understand the idea of using stability balls and weight.....could someone explain it to me?

you cant really build strength from this, and if you want to increase core stability/strength, you're better off doing overhead squats or turkish getups?

  • it's not only for core it's for balance as well. They say when you get older you lose a lot of your balance and these are the people that are going to be able to run around and not fall at age 95, if they get to live that long.

  • well fair enough....but imho, this exercise just looks dangerous

  • it is dangerous, this was more of a showoff type thing i'm not gonna lie, i usually just do this kneeling on the ball, i tell you what, your obliques def get one hell of a workout...

  • That looks great, but I may think that you should try and use a dura pro ball.

  • i have a dura ball pro, this video is old...

  • WOW!! Who ever I see do it still gets me. Great!

  • holy shit

  • very impressive, now make it a squat to 1 arm press, shouldn't be too difficult with your level of stability. Keep it up!

  • i'll try that in a few months, i return to a stability phase when i cut down for the summer...

  • this is nuts.

  • Thats insane, good work!!!

  • Pretty amazing, nice work Billy!
