This is Oshare Kei. Oshare kei is not necessarily colorful. It just means a more relaxed, but dramatic wardrobe. There's a specific type of visual kei that is for a more gothic side. Visual Kei in gerenal means a Visual look. It's not street clothes.

Nagoya kei is a subgenre of visual kei, with its roots in the modern music scene of Nagoya, Japan. Often considered darker and gloomier than normal kei, nagoya takes its musical influences moreso from western (specifically British) punk rock bands than visual kei initially had.

White kei doesn't exist, and Kotekei is traditional visual kei. Examples are Exist+Trace, and Dir en Grey back in the day.
