  • bastante bueno

  • if only someone would make a bristlebot that steers.

  • i made one that sort of steers there is another vid out there of one made from an RC helicopter mechanism

  • Is there any possibility of using the bristles to propel a wheeled chassis? I remember having a toy hovercraft about 20 odd years ago which used the same principle to travel on the ground, and it had a motorized bullet with rudder you attached to the bottom of it when you wanted to play with it in the water.

  • It would be hard to make a bristlebot steer cause of the of-set driveshaft. That's why they always turn in the direction the motor is spinning.

  • thats why i used an RC car motor, and controller, that way you can use backwards and forwards as left and right, it worked but needed a big ass brush

  • @Bluenosedwill1 remove the weight from a pager motor and use it as a motor for smaller wheels

  • You could use two motors that spin oppositely on each side, and power each one on or off to turn.

  • Oh, that's actually a very good idea! I'll have to try it. Thanks!

  • No problem ;) I may have to do that as well. It just sounds too fun not to try.

  • Woah its like some super bristle bot :D

  • The lil lady can sing though...

  • Steering module, thats just going in a circle.

  • The steering on this module is a lot more controlled. Looks like it is dancing to the music. So not much of a mouse killer as the last one!

  • Good robot but the sound track and vocal backing is better!
