These are the rules: You will speak up when you talk to Busey. You will speak slowly when you talk to Busey. You will not interrupt Busey, even if he is not speaking. Busey is the man.
The last rule is the important one, disregard the others if you wish - actually it could be quite comic - but never dispute the last rule.
