  • Probably could've done 190 if it wasn't for that fucking song...

  • He picks up the 182kg almost as quick as the dude with the blue shirt in the mirror picks up his 10kg dumbbell.

  • @10110rm lol thats awesome

  • Looking awesome bro!

  • What does the "dive clean" mean?

  • Do you ever hit a limit..your progress seems to never end

  • Perfect form. Speed under the bar is amazing.

  • Thanks for inspiring me to start dive cleaning! So close to a 150kg clean today, got 145. I'll have it next week! :D

  • thats ridiculous. when do you hope to clean and jerk 200kg?

  • Totally awesome bro, I'm sure the one who disliked this video did it because he was wanking all over the keyboard in awe, fainted and smashed his head onto his computer mouse and accidentally hit the left mouse button that hoovered over the down-thumb while he suffered a mild concussion. If you check subscribers that unsubscribed, you'll probably see the culprint, and he's probably in bed now, mumbling: Why, why, why... why am I sooo weak? :D

  • if you can clean 182 kg to wonderwall , i wonder how much you can clean to an in flames song

  • Well done man! awesome!

  • Lifting to Wonderwall...... quite the pump up song....

  • do you know what your vertical or any sprint times are? you must be crazy.

  • @thebigtortuga there is a 65 inch box jump on my channel if you check it out. My 100m time sucks so does my 60m but I meet no one that can beat me for the first 30m.

  • @clarence0 hm, ever try high jump or long jump? lot more power oriented. if you got your technique down i don't have a doubt you could high jump 6'2+

btw, how would you go about, for a beginner (6 months of inconsistent power training) to improve his clean? to me the most logical thing to do would be just practice the movement and do heavy deadlifts+squats…although for some reason most weightlifters only do clean and squat variations. any advice?

  • @thebigtortuga The funny thing is that I high jumped 6'2 last year.

Yeah squats and cleans are the best way to improve your clean, deadlift makes it feel lighter and increases base strength so that's important too.

  • @clarence0 I reckon I could take you over 30m

  • @chrischea85 orly? BTW what are you doing in california?

  • @chrischea85 well?

  • your lifting just keeps getting more mindblowing dude, keep at it =]

  • congratulations on 400lb+!

  • You slammed that barbell. It bounced higher than you are tall.

  • Great job lad! You are destined to a bright future in the sport! Continued progress and success!

  • way to go !

  • Clean my fucken wall!!

  • @rokoo I'm guessing that dislike is from you??

  • Can't....wait....to ....front squat this! Nice job!

  • Dive Bomb is back!!!!! Grip and Rip Clarence style yeah!!!!

  • Most people (me for one) couldn't even deadlift that Clarence, looks like you could have done even more on the day!

  • nice, i like how you pick up the weight without any setup lol. I have to think a lot before even deadlifting that same weight haha.

    pure awesomness!

  • Damn! Awesome job on not letting your elbows touch your knees. I too have been trying the Clarence 'dive bomb' technique but only on power cleans though

  • @chrischea85 Yeah its 10X harder to do a dive set on a full clean. It will take time to get it right.

  • You where able to block out "Wonder Wall" and hit this weight. Bravo.

  • power for 190kg

  • fffuuuuuuaaaaa

  • Nice work dude! Very efficient clean there!

  • fcukkkkkk!!!

  • damn nice.
