Nettles - Highly Alkalizing Weed

@THEGUVNOR91 You are welcome. Juicing with a masticating juicer is the best way, and you can eat them straight if you don't mind a little sting. The saliva in the mouth neutralises the sting in seconds! : )

ive heard of others eating nettles. they grow easily in texas sandy soils.  cant say ive tried to eat one yet. humm..maybe soon. waves~~
