@DiggingDeeply You people need to realize that when it does crap like that you have to go into Settings>Touch settings>Calibrate. My friend had that same issue and was about to throw it out and that solved the unresponsiveness. And P.S. What do you expect with a touch screen phone that has a resistive screen. Glass ones are SO much better

@BlackJack271306 I tried recalibrating the touchscreen with the Verizon Tech and it didn't work. This is obviously the first thing they're gonna ask you to do before you send the phone back for a replacement.

For the video problem, just go to the video recoding and options, scroll to save options, and then save to phone, not save for send. I hate my voyager. I'm hoping to get a enV touch or chocolate touch next month. Do not buy this phone!!! You will regret as i did.

The touch screen for SMSs is awesome. I am in Toronto, and when waiting for a bus at -15C in winter, it was a real bitch to have to remove my gloves to type, on my older cellphone. This one easily works with gloves on.

No, it does not have a landscape mode. That is one drawback of the voyager, but the screen is too small for this capability anyhow.

jeez why does everybody go apeshit over touchscreen/QWERTY phones these days? Let's be honest. Touch screens on all these high-end phones don't work that well. I have used the voyager and the glyde and was not impressed. The iphone definately has the best touchscreen. a few of my friends have the env2 and other full keypad phones and i can still type faster than them on my old-ass razr.

I had the glyde, It totally and completely fails.

The touch screen will activate in your pocket and dial random numbers. (It called 911 for me)

And the small qwerty keyboard doesn't help.

Verizon sells 8 Voyagers to every one Glyde Sold. (What the manager told me after I took my Glyde back in exchange for a Voyager.)

The Voyager is insane, not a problem with it.

If you liked the NV serious you'll LOVE the voyager.

I think so. go to the Verizon website, and log into your account, and you'll be able to find all of your contacts if im not mistaken, then you could proably just copy and paste them to wordpad, and type them back into your phone. lol

Interesting that you have instinct and are wanting the Voyager. I'm torn between the Behold with T-mobile and the voyager with Verizon. Behold seems similar to the instinct.
