The line is " BADI SHAE HAI AGAR ", here it is " SHAE " means thing or "BAAT" and not "SHEH" which means Defeat. So the meaning of the line will be " Its a big deal, even if I share that embarrasement you are feeling !"

Did some research on the singer and most sources do say the playback is by Jagjit Kaur, lyrics by Sahir and music by Khaiyyam. Moreover, the voice does not sound like Suraiya.
