A few points. 1. regarding toilets, porta loo's are quick and easy to move in. 2. the mural painted fence isn't seen by the public at the football oval. IF the idea of painting the fence was to pretty it up for public view, then why wasn't it built between skilled park where the public are, and the railway facility? 3. the football oval itself would hold many people.
