how do you get it into photoshop? scan it and then draw over the lines on a new layer or is there a shortcut so you just scan it and photoshop does all the work.

@DividedWeFallUK thanks mang! I took a picture with my DSLR camera and imported it into Photoshop from there. The coloring is just done by hand with my mouse and then I'll use a few filters to smooth it out some.
