If your falling with nothing to grab can you catch yourself? God sent his son to die so we could be rescued. I'm entangled in sin, and my arms are held fast by the vines of death. @one7christianrock that's the problem with 90% of christian music......it's always a some rip off of secular music (although i don't see modest mouse in this band AT ALL....). why is every christian artist out there compared to some secular artist? what makes the secular artist so special in the first place isn't their spiritual position but their musicality and originality. ripping off a sound and throwing some "godly" lyrics in there just totally destroys the artful beauty of the music.......

@one7christianrock (continued) it's kind of funny because this realization is what made me really appreciate good music. i grew up in a christian home (which i'm very grateful for), and was exposed to mostly christian music, but the music that really stuck with me to this day was the secular music. not because i had a predisposition for secular music (quite the contrary), but because it was REAL, and not rehashed like all the "christian rock" bands i was encouraged to listen to.
