He has a deep voice, but it's not impossible for him to raise his voice to make it a bit more high pitched. It sounds EXACTLY like the man's voice, just risen higher.

If I lower my voice, people will still tell that it's me, it's the same when I raise my voice's pitch. It's the same for this video's situation.

I'm an avid believer of ghosts, but I'm not so easily duped.
