Hi there!.I have read that witch hazel can be use to help with facial sweating, and facial oil.Have you experience any effect as yet. Also can witch hazel be used under makeup. For instance if I wish to first apply jojoba oil, them moisturizer, then primer, then the makeup itself. Can I apply the witch hazel before I do all of that. And is the witch hazel suppose to be kept on your face or rinsed off.
I only put three stars cos I think that the FTC rules are a bit of a nuisance...but i never thought of using witch hazel for all those things, I just use it to bring out a bruise lol. And i think it smells good.
Also I wanted to tell you, you TOTALLY inspired me to pull out some old, mostly-unused blue eyeliner and shadow by MAC that I gave up on a long time ago and try again and GUESS WHAT? I came up with a really gorgeous look. It's not the same as what you posted but I was thinking and was like, you know what, I'm gonna try this again. And I really loved it so much I'm gonna wear it on an important date tomorrow :D So yeah, just wanted to thank you for the inspiration!
I'm glad you went over the FTC rules which I keep hearing about but didn't really understand. They don't apply to me at the moment but who knows for the future.

Seabreeze is also good for your scalp when you have braids or weave. My grandmother uses witch hazel for acne as well. But it is a mouthwash too.
