This band begun in 1966, but with different muzicians and pop style of music, after change of musicians and singers in the end of sixties it begun to play R&B and soul with English singer Joan Duggan, but no album was recorded from that time. Short after recording of the only album Kure v hodinkach (Chicken in watch) authorities banned all rock bands, some musicians emigrated and Flamengo was terminated.

"Flamengo" is also the name of a brazilian football/soccer team.

@janomolnar Bola to zásluha Hynka Žalčíka, ktorý odhadol, že keď to otextuje prorežimný básnik Kainar, dalo by sa to vydať. Viď seriál ČT Bigbít, aj tu na YT.

@Canashea I love it too. Its a pitty you do not undersand lyrics written by famous Czech poet. But the music is still, after 40 years, marvelous too.
