  • poo-tsin. i love it

  • tabarnak la fille la lolll

  • I lived in Quebec for a month and I gained 10 pounds because me and my friends decided to be fatasses and eat poutine 5 times a week

  • Fuuuuck I went to Montreal this summer and I've been craving poutine since I came home!

  • poutine is supercallafradgalisticexpiallidosious!

  • Now, come to Quebec City and try the poutine of Ashton!

  • aww man, i love La Belle Province <3

everytime I go to Montreal I always eat poutine bought from there.

  • The Costcos in Montreal makes really good poutine.

  • Stop arguing. It's POOOOO-TEEN.

  • A good poutine is judged first and foremost by its SAUCE.

If it's bad, the WHOLE poutine suffers.

Example, Belle Province's sauce = way too salty, St-Hubert, Benny, McD, almost all known chains.

Best is homemade one. I recommend Knorr sauce, it's REALLY, really good. Don't buy Cordon Bleu and the worst, St-Hubert (can AND pouch)!

    (I swear I'm not a Knorr rep!)

  • If you wanna pronounce it the Quebecker way, say poo-tsin.

Je le sais chu Québecois :)

  • @skullzcrusher Yep. I'm from Montreal. Poo-Tsin is the french way to pronounce it, which is also the proper way. If you want to say it the "Quebec" way, you gotta say "Poo-Tain".

  • @angeloftearsx apprends le français imbecile

  • one word FAT

  • @playaspades ur point being ?

  • @CronicXImpulse att ces green spot proche du mcdo metro lionel groux !

  • I was always told its poot- sin

I have family is quebec...this is how they pronounce it!! I love it either way, but cheese curds are a bitch to find in my area....

  • fat ass shit

  • @angeloftearsx wow arent you a ball of angry bitchiness. I am canadian and im proud i speak 3 languages almost perfectly well including FRENCH and italian. French is a hard language to master and learn, dont get pissed off cause you cant speak it. God your the idiot, and dont diss poutine.

  • @angeloftearsx NO, POU-TINE sounds stupid. Sticking to it's original French-Canadian roots, it's pronounced POU-TIN.

  • Crispy golden savoury gravy.

    ...

    wat

  • Why you speaking English?

  • @ohnonik Cause Montreal is bilingual

  • @glitch4eva Quebec is.

  • @glitch4eva Canada is.

  • Mmmmm. its fattening but DELICIOUS. you'd know if you were canadian (;

    so quit hatin americans!

  • It is MOST DISGUSTING from what I see here!

In my land we eat only curries and Sag Gosht. I would not even feed this "poutine" stuff to my pet water-buffalo "Steve"!

And especially- that Yvette Poutineplace in HuntingdonQuebec is truly abhorrent! She looks like a clown, and her video of poutine making is becoming a "viral" joke in my country. We are all chuckling at it.

I hope no one from Montreal visits it!

You Canadians should be ashamed! '

  • @mrsgupta It's delicious. I'd give it to "Steve" just to piss you off!!!!! I could care less of your opinion.

  • FUCK YEAA BOYY CANADIAN FOOD FTFW!

  • Am I the only one eating my poutine with Ketchup? :P

  • @schtroumpfbeta nope i always put ketchup on the side

  • @schtroumpfbeta

nah i do it also at times lol

  • i had this shit at mc d's nd burger king in montreal, came home to ny nd made my own. fucking awesome

  • Poutine for life! Screw you americans who think its gross! CANADA FOR THE WIN! xD

  • @ImCrAzyFoROreOs yup! americans suck! I agree with you.. Isnt poutine only in Quebec?

  • @BloodyFingerz No we have it here in Nova scotia too :)

  • @ImCrAzyFoROreOs poutine is everywhere but you have to go to Quebecois to get the real stuff

  • @BloodyFingerz

ur kidding right lol poutines is availble all over canada n some american states,

  • BEING CANADIAN AND QUEBECOIS AND EATING OUTINE IS AWESOME

  • This is disgusting!

My nephew, when he goes to Canada, eats vegetarian Poutine at a place called "Leblanc Patate" in Huntingdon.

This place has been in operation for 386 years! And all they serve are poutine with achewing-gum flavour! -the "special secret sauce" has chewing gum in it!

    You Canadians are such savages!

  • @mrsgupta Exuse me?! Thats only ONE place that serves that! Try not to judge so quickly by one single resturant! Try other resturants that other people reccomend. Not all of us are savages you fat ass american!

  • @mrsgupta theres a place in montreal i used to go to.. they have everykind of poutine.. you tell them what you want in it and theyll make it.. :)

  • @BloodyFingerz

ya they got that at a few places ive gone to, chez nous in timmins got some weird 1s lol

althought i like to mix mine with different curds, hamburger meat n sausages lol it taste good

  • @mrsgupta LOL! This dish originated from Quebec.. and now these days you can even shit on a plate add

cheese curds and gravy and call it a poutine..

  • @mrsgupta

    Oh yeah?

Well your disgusting. I've been to Yvette Poutine in Huntingdon and so what? The chocolate sauce on it is great! The Ice-creem poutine is good also.

They should try that in Montreal!

Are you from India? Go back!

  • Oh

    My

    Goodness

    Can I haz???

    I love being Canadian.

  • @Lisa13245 I can just imagine the RCMP hat on happycat's photoshops now.

  • on topic I want to try this out.

  • On topic I want to try some of this stuff to see to see if it's good. I tend to stay away from fried or greasy foods but I eat them once and a while.

  • it was a video of a girl mistreating a old woman on a bus and the lady was minding her own business. I was on a bus Miami and this woman went off on a the bus driver because the bus schedule was changed.

  • @kris1991

I'm Canadian and I've been living in the united states for 9 years for high school and college and some Americans are nice but some of them are crazy I found a video of a girl mistreating an old woman.Another thing not all Americans are attractive I don't hate America or think it suck's it's an okay country.

  • song????

  • chpense que même un rat en mangerait pas... mais sa goûte bon en cibol

  • Why have eleven people disliked this video? This video is awesome. I would run a rusty blade across my best friends throat to find actual poutine in Virginia.

  • Faaaaaaaaatassssssssssss

  • hahahah im so lucky to live in montreal.. its the tastiest meltiest graviest food eva!

  • fatasses lmfao

  • make it with the wrong brand of cheese, and the frogs will attack you with flaming pitchforks.

  • Oh, Canada XD You're so silly.

  • i LOVE poutine from montreal

  • If I ever go to Montreal, I'm gonna get myself some real poutine!!!

  • Poutine is apparently one of the top 10 most fattening foods. I don't know how true that is but I wouldn't doubt it with deep fried french fries, salty gravy (if real, probably has lots of fat content) and a massive pile of cheese curds. Not to mention when you get poutine at a restaurant that knows how to make the good stuff it usually covers a dinner plate! I absolutely love poutine but I have it as a treat once in a while so the fat and salt content aren't an issue.

  • @MegaVesper04 well i usually eat my poutine every week or so and im not fat im still only 120-125 pounds BTW im 15

  • @halonerd04 Well you just answered why in your comment. You are only 15 and probably have a high metabolism. Most kids who are active don't gain too much weight from junk food. So hopefully it is because you are active. Trust me, it catches up (me patting my stomache, lol.), if not weight wise, heart wise. Don't get me wrong, poutine rules. I've been skating for over 20 yrs (skateboarding) and I use to be able to eat anything and never gain a pound, but now I'm not as active.

  • @MegaVesper04 u make a good point there and i am fairly active i am planning on getting a drumset during the summer so ill just work off a little bit of fat i gained from xbox if not ill just go swim at the beach for a couple of hours lol

  • @halonerd04 Weird, I have played drums for a long time. Use to play in a death metal band. All that speed drumming does make you sweat, lol. Well, cheers to poutine and playing drums!!

  • @MegaVesper04 Thats the same with me :) If I dont make a low-fat one at home for myself (which you should try it tastes better without the salt) I treat me and my friends to one at a resturant.

  • montreal must make good poutine

  • yumiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

  • brb gonna go get some poutine.

  • This video would be great for the Canada’s Got Treasures collection, which aims to feature Canadian videos of personal or cultural significance. Help celebrate Canadian diversity by joining our YouTube group (/group/TresorTreasure) and submitting your video. It would be made available on our channel and website.

    Hamish,

  • ''poutine'' is french slang for ''mess''... the inventor put leftover cheese curds and BBq sauce with fries. His friend looked at it and said ''we'll you've got quite a mess'' (poutine).... and it was born!

  • @Barnakos amen

  • For a gastronomic experience, replace the gravy with spaghetti sauce....

  • Real poutine has St alberts cheese curds from St Albert Ontario. Poutine does not have shredded cheese. When you take a bite of real poutine, you should feel the cheese curds "squeaking" on your teeth. Anyone who has had a real poutine knows what I'm talking aboot.

  • @Rinconmaniac its from quebec..who cares about ontario making poutines

  • You know french people live in Ontario too. you're rude.

  • We make badass poutine here too, its just cheese curds are really expensive

  • yeah

  • If you guys want to try it, get fries, mozzarela cheese and gravy. (any chicken gravy is good)

Cook the fries, top with mozzarela, heat the gravy and pour it on the whole thing. Simple. Enjoy.

  • C'est bon d'la poutine mais crisse que c'est gras pis salé !Je suis bien content de pas avoir de rage trops souvent !!De toute maniere je digaire pus ça...ça donne des gaz... mais je serais dus pour avoir des regrets...

  • PARLE FRANCAIS TABARNAK

  • no.

  • MTL 514 cALLIISSSS

  • METALLICA!!! :10

  • Montreal poutine doesn't compare to Victoriaville, Drummondville or Quebec city poutine. Only Montreal assholes who've never went anywhere in their lives think Montreal poutine is the best.

  • I am sorry but anyone who says the best poutine they had was at burger king or new york fries has not actually had REAL poutine. You just can't compare that to anything you'd get in Montreal. lol

  • Over here we put mayonaise on our fries.

  • omfg looks good!

  • dAT LOOKS STELLAR!

  • omfg dont add more salt your going to die!!

  • i want to go there NAIO

  • I remember eating Poutine in Mississauga, Ontario, when I used to live there. Best fucking poutine in the world was New York Fries poutine and Burger King Poutine.

  • You obviously never have been to Frite Alors!

  • Actually Poutine has been around since hte 1950's... it's nothing new o.O

  • I don't know if you tried smoke's poutinery in T. never tried ones in montreal, but smoke's poutines are epic.

  • thx 1nzane, but where is it? i'll look it up too

  • its on adeleide near simcoe 2 blocks west of university.

  • french canadian? they're not french, they just speak french. its like saying you're an english canadian. or saying an english speaking australian is an english australian. or whatever :)

  • you've never heard the term french-canadian.....allright i'll just say francophone or quebecois....either way it's delicious!

  • nooooo i know of the term, it just doesn't really make sense cos they're not french. but yea, i love it

  • Actually, most of them are of French descent. That's why they hold onto their French culture and language to strongly.

  • i know they're off french decent, thats why they speak french. But they're not french, they're canadian.

It's just like the english speakers in canada. The VAST majority are of British descent, but they're not called English canadian.

  • lol yes they are. english canadian say french canadians and french canadians say candaien anglais.

    c'est distinctif

  • Yes they are lol they call them Anglo-Canadian...

  • Actually...some are French decent from tracing back to France...but speak Quebecois French.

Of course..there are plenty of French speaking Canadians who are not of French descent..from Indian, Chinese , Arabs..etc,

  • there is a good one in adelaide and university street

    Smoke's poutinerie

  • hihi poutine a real quebecer traditionnal found ;) pround to be a quebecer ^^

  • i love poutine.. now im so hungry.. lol.. :P

  • Hmmmm.....looks hideous but I'm sure it tastes real good!

  • Its epic! I miss Quebec. Haven't had this stuff in years @ _ @

  • Va chier pauv' con.

Decrisse a toronto si t'es pas content.

  • don't you know english?

  • Yes, I live in Montreal where anybody with half a brain know both French and English. Do you know French?

  • Comment removed

  • lol

  • Wow...massive fail.

  • What did he say? o.O

  • les quebecois cest la poutine les américain cest les humberger pi les canadiens anglais cest la marde!!!!!!!

  • Haha tellement vrai!

  • Poutine was originally created by the Canadian military to give the enemy heart attacks. But in the 60's, the recipe was leaked from government files, and by the 1980's, Canada had universal health care.

  • HAHAHAHA!! you're funny!! It's not worst than any junk food btw...

  • @chao129 hahahhahaha
