Hi, I made the movie, but unfortunately did not wrote down all the ingredients. All I know and what I have seen in INdia is that Thali divers from city to city. The basics are that it consists of multiple little dishes some spicy, at least one sweet, some fresh like a raitha. There is always a dish with lentils, there is rice and roti. *2nd item was curd and beet? If that be so then it is beet raitha in north india, name plz
*Cabbage, carrot, coconut was thoran?
*Item with drumstick is aviyal?
*What was the last item which was apparently special sweet item? name?
*What is name of item which was sweet and had pineapple?
*If name given then its possible to search
