Hm. I didn't think they would use one of the pieces of that one bgm from the Arabasta arc. The only time I could think of when that part played for Franky was when he burned the Pluton blueprints and when he drank the cola, yelled SUPER, and landed a very big blow on Fukurou. I guess it ain't bad to use that piece for him.
