Awesome hotel with impressive green credentials. During my stay I found I was regularly taking the elevator to fill the water jug, potentially offsetting the benefits of avoiding plastic bottles. There were just too many stairs to take every time I was thirsty!

The ceiling fans are a great idea and should be mandatory in all hotels, homes and offices. The San Fran breeze is a nice idea, but an open window also lets in a cacophony of sirens during the night! Another fan would be ideal.

I like the steps you described your hotel has taken to go green. They are very simple things and very easy for guests to use.
