anyone know what the "do i get a coconut?" line was about? is it a phrase from the 60s that's been lost in time?

So let me get this straight? The Mysterons were hanging out on Mars (were they bothering anybody?....NO !) and Spectrum goes up there and pisses them off by blowing up there base.....then Spectrum goes back and does it again? Man, if I were a Mysteron I would quit fooling around and fly directly to Cloud Base and drop that thing in the ocean.

Coconut! LOL! Good effects for the dust, though -- it really would float around for some minutes, maybe hours. Those dudes should be in atmosphere suits in case they have to bail out and get into the Mysteron base on foot -- poor planning. One hole in that tractor and all of them (except Scarlet) are history. Anderson really had a way of making the aliens and their equipment seem, you know, alien...
