@verot909 I have the coastal scents 88 matte palette and if you use an eye primer, I would suggest Urban Decay, it's my fave, any type of eye shadow will stay on until you say so. So I would say if you invest in a good primer, and the U.D. primer I mentioned it $18 I believe. But I prefer Covergirl, the makeup is simply AMAZING.

Your funny with the Eyeliner comment I wasn't always like that I sat on my bedroom floor one night with a bottle of liquid liner,a Black pencil and a bottle of Eye Makeup Remover.I didn't get up until I could do it and then I made my sister sit down and I kept on doing it over and over. Try using an angle brush and gel liner its easier because you can place it rather then dragging a pencil its okay to pull a little use your index finger it doesn't have as much power.
