its as I ripped it off official CBC website.... mind ya I don't remember it being so off in audio syncing:S... dunno:S

@plasmar1 I had the same problem, but I used a media converter to make it to a WMV or AVI (can't remember) and then uploaded. Didn't have problems with syncing afterwards...
