Our laws are not being enforced anymore! We have been sold out to be invaded by illegal foreigners. It is time for the American people to take matters into their own hands in their communities. If you know of or see any illegals or activists throw rotten eggs at them on the streets and drive off. Secretly sabotage them, slash their tires, break their windows, cause them economic damage like they are causing us. You have to make life so miserable for them that they will leave!
Humans have rights because they're human, not because they have American values or follow arbitrary immigration laws. Amnesty is the recognition that our laws violate the rights of peaceful people. If they've broken a law in coming here, then the law is wrong, not them.
Whether they come here is not up to you. If you use force stop them or deport them, you're the aggressor, not them.
@mrdowns The laws exists for a screening process so we know that murders, rapists, and other undesirables do not come here, because we are not a global society. For a country to prosper, it needs to share at least similar views on ethics in order to achieve economic success.
Further more, illegal immigrants are receive social benefits and not paying taxes. People should immigrate to integrate, not just for a better job. We should preserve our culture, like they are theirs.
@IamStoneDrunk In fact, immigrants commit fewer crimes than natives. And in fact, immigrants often pay taxes without receiving any benefits, e.g. social security. And in fact, all the same arguments were used against German and Irish immigrants in the 1900s.
But regardless, my point was that no one has the right to prevent peaceful immigration. Aside from violent crime, even if you're correct, you STILL don't have the right. It's not up to you or me why people come here. Force is not justified.
As an immigrant who came here with my parents LEGALLY 2 decades ago and who has seen the unfairness of immigrants to successfully come to this country ILLEGALLY, I sympathize with BJ. However, this isn't about illegal or legal, it's about political parasitism of the Washington Elitist on the ignorance of the Mexicans on the values and ideals of this country based on the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution that followed. It's the Washington Political Machine that should be vilified
We need to support this young man, and get him elected. Obama and the liberals will sell this country out for the votes of illegal aliens who become citizens through amnesty. At least Clinton only sold sleepovers in the Lincoln bedroom.
Guys, this is a political ploy as BJ says. BJ is in favor of rational immigration reform. Cut the wealth envy and the name calling. Don't let your emotions get the better of you.
@opendora And what country are you from, friend? Everyone who disagrees with a liberal is a racist, at least that seems to be the liberal way of thinking.
Illegal entry into this country is a misdemeanor. Every comprehensive reform compromise over the past several years includes requirements that undocumented immigrants pay a fine, learn English, and then get in the back of the line to live here legally. That's not amnesty. That's not cutting in line in front of other people. And it's promoting the assimilation you purport to care so much about.
This is pathetic. I'm not sure which is worse, the cynical and false use of "amnesty" to describe immigration reform compromises or a multimillionaire lecturing poor people because their motivation is a better life and not ideology.
Thank you, Dr. Lawson , for standing up for the Rule of Law, rather than the whims and political corruption of men like David Price. Thank you for standing up for our Constitution and our Great Republic. Thank you for espousing the ideals that have made this nation the envy of the world. Thank you for having the "cajones" to do all of this before an ideologically hostile audience.
Thanks Dr. Lawson...it's about time someone stood up to this illegal activity. Of course those in DC want to allow everything else to be done their way and choose when it's deemed to be legal or illegal depending on whether it behooves them politically.
lol I like how this asshole quotes the defacto motto that is *ding* *ding* Latin...not English. Then blabs on about our individual liberties. Guess what, speaking in Spanish and holding the flag you want is part of personal liberties!
Also lolz at saying people wanting good jobs is not what this country is made. Just WTF is the American Dream? the major component is making money.
It's doing it legally...not usurping the law and then being rewarded with a legal amnesty now that you've lied and stolen from the people who do it legally. Actually most of the American dream is about starting a better life and having the freedoms to do so...within the law. The system is screwed up, simply because a fat and bloated federal gov't has been doing it. The border states should have more control...not the distanced fed
But he is using red herrings to try and make a point. Who cares if they spoke spanish and incorporated some of their heritage? Would he also fault Irish Americans getting together and having Irish flags in the room and reading of celtic poems?
Then the icing on the cake is claiming they "only want jobs" bringing zero evidence to the table. How can you possibly take a candidate as credible after that?
@thatsplunkintalk This is what he said in a few seconds in a single issue and all the sudden he has no credibility? And yes, if there were illegal people from Ireland here singing Celtic songs about their homeland the same reaction would be said. Just what part of "illegal" do you not understand? If these people loved what this country stood for then they would come with some American flags and songs. I understand them loving their homeland, point is they're illegal!
Lawson..good luck in November, lots of us are rooting for you around the country. You did the right thing and stood up for what you believed in..that's all any of us ask..

I came to America legally, and I would consider it an injustice for those to simply be given rewards for breaking the law.
Keep fighting the good fight.
