Clearly a bird in the near field. Watch the Washington Monument. It flies in between the camera and the monument. It is clearly a bird relatively near the camera and out of focus. Who would think that this is a UFO? The only thing unidentified about this flying object is the species. Sparrow or swallow? The other video that shows a 'UFO' shape to it is ridiculous.
