This is coming from a pair of neutral eyes. I care about neither UL nor UK. The knee in question is very hard to see & I had to replay several times to catch it. He does appear to hit the UK player in the head but looks like an accident. It just looks like the Swopshire guy is scrambling. However the forearm to the head looked super obvious. If Swopshire had intentionally kneed Cousins in the head it would have been done much quicker with more force. Swopshire's leg wasn't moving fast enough to hurt. That's obvious.
On the other hand, Cousins blow to Swopshire's head was obviously intentional and later Cousins lied about it in a later interview.
