"leftards" - this comment by darski2007 is typical of right wing attacks - there is merely a puff of hatred and ridicule, yet no reasoned response or counterargument to what is presented - it is, in essence, nothing more than a diversion to the weak minded, in the hope that those who follow will look away, not wanted to be associated with the "leftards". I suggest instead, ye who follow here, that you listen to these people and hear their thoughts - think and judge for yourselves.
Kenyon~man, why did you take this job? Your editing is great - but this movie is for those who already know what they're hearing - you know? It would be great if work like this in reality changed anything - but it's just sad, instead. I would rather watch a jackal eat live worms after jumping into the Mississippi river. America deserves better than this creaky robot.
Try ask someone this question to see how many person can give the correct answer: 1 water melon and 1 orange, both let free fall from 10 meter tall ladder simultaneously. You will be suprise the how many answer "water melon". Worst some even call you an idiot when you tell them the real answer.
Part of the problem is that most of the later-middle aged to older people are still largely the voice of the nation. Many(but not all)of these people still rely on the conventional mass media for information and consequent decision making. Typically younger people, who may rely on less biased forms of information gathering like the web(depending on their filtering skills),are not yet as influential in society but may be in fact more well informed than their elders.
I could not have said it better myself... I was even thinking of creating a web site to deconstruct what the media tells us and what our leaders are ACTUALLY saying...
The media-culture is feeding society in a way formal education cannot do. Since the average American cannot afford a college education, television and mainstream media become the repository of knowledge for the overworked, overstressed, underpaid American citizen. What North American society needs desperately is to learn how to engage in critical thinking; it needs to learn how to deconstruct its media and systems of government.
I am dead set on challenging this myth of a liberal media in my on blog entitled "Geotheology"- it is a very big deal...this is a major and debilitating lie...a tool of the real enemy of mankind that is doing tremendous harm. The vids are excellent and to the point.

American democracy have failed! Stupid people out numbers the intelligent one. Bush himself IS the weapon of mass destruction!

this is evident in the "trust the government" 1950's mentality type typical in the older subsets of the population.
