  • dear gods in the heavens1 i cant believe the bullshit that comes around for the consumer.!just stupid!

  • Is it wrong I want to have some power sex on this bad boy.

  • Nice butt!

  • Jesus Christ, what a wanker! Please delete that fuckin shit. Immediately please. Thank you!

  • jaga bombs? fuckin shower in that shit! fuckin skanks!

  • @brendanmcl hahahhah

    thank you.

  • nice little hustle "friendly" pat at 5:12 lol

  • lol "thats his nervous system getting tired on him" LMAO or maybe is that he is doing 3 sets of pushups with only 10 second break and he is just getting tired out while yo skinny ass is yelling at him grandpa

  • What a wussy! He doesn't go all the way down, nor all the way up on his pushups!

  • This is nothing new.

Back in the 1950s, there were vibrating machines with a belt that went around a person's butt. The idea was that it would move your muscles a lot faster than you could, so burn a lot of fat. But just being shaken around does not build muscles or burn fat.

To build muscles, you need to lift weights and work against gravity. Astronauts lose muscle mass because they're not working against gravity.

Don't waste your time, effort or money on this giant vibrator.

  • ...so its a big shake weight...?

  • WE ALL KNOW WHY YOU DID THIS, SO U GET A CHANCE TO TRY IT OUT, " O I FEEL IT VIBRATING," HE PUT U THROUGH A TABATA, A HIIT INTERVAL, I GOT A FRIEND WHO HAS THIS PIECE OF SHIT, AND HE'S FAT AS SHIT, YOUR A SELL OUT!!!

  • @TheFiyahKing I agree that its no way a main workout thing, some people just use it after there main workouts to give it more of a kick I guess, if your friend is just using this thing and not dieting with a proper workout routine then yes, he will be fat as shit.

  • Look for independent sites about vibration machines. You may be surprised by what you find out,

  • we got 3 of these machines a my gym about a week ago (in england) and one of the trainers said it is only meant for warming up or cooling down, is this true?

  • hi Scott ! I have 16 years old and i have little money do you recommend me this machine to build muscle ?

  • @PedroHermanFitness they cost thousands to buy, buy a barbell and some weights or join a gym

  • fuck me..!

    *-*

    LOL

  • Besides the bullshit . Actually the video was worthy because of 1:40 , 3:44...

    Damn..

  • "Pss whatever it's easy" hahahaha

  • I'm calling bullshit just another thing invented so fat ppl can buy it thinking this is the new thing thats gonna help them lose weight. But in the end they don't lose a pound and they wasted all their money

  • @DaddyFatSzack this is not bullshit, i use the machine always, not just to work but to massage after a workout at the gym. After i feel literally no pain. This is not some delusional pill, this is realistic. Try doing a push up on this one or a squat, you will feel it.

  • where is this club in Chicagoland?

  • an ass to die for... OMG beautiful beatiful ass!

  • Hey I just bought a power plus new body plates and it is the exact same as that one except black and I was wondering what's the best technique to get a 6 pack using this

  • thats the first time i've seen you with a shirt on lol

  • i u can talk, ur not pushing it hard enough

  • we have one of these at my gym, i always thought it was bullshit but is this for real? or just another stupid workout invention?

  • Omfg, he's wearing a shirt! McConaughey must have sued him.

What's the point of this BS? Why not just do weights? Oh, I know...because if people don't buy retarded gimmicks, corporations won't make a shitload of money and neither will their spokespeople.

  • There is no conclusive evidence to recommended power plate as a replacement or addition to the resistance training to improve performance.

It is now well established that vibration exposure can cause harmful effects. According to OSHA (Occupational & Safety Hazard Association), long term exposure to vibration can also cause nausea, impaired vision, hyperventilation, and disorders such as White Finger Disease (Raynaud’s Syndrome), Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome, & Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

  • @61Andyc Sorry Sr. to tell you this but Power Plate, is the only machine that is totally aproved by medic and rehab ( diferent associations). I say only because theres no devices in Gyms that are aproved by medical. Also this machines are full proved and designed for not hurt customers. I been using the power plate here in Mexico at an authorized center... I just could say its awesome how much it help.

  • @FDVAG

I'm sure you think they're great, others however require actual proof.

Could you link to any independent peer reviewed studies that indicate these machines are beneficial for increasing athletic performance?

  • @61Andyc Shure! I'll send you a link from the official Power Plate page there you can Fine Published studies & research cards, also coz its the official page you can see exactly what its the power plate machine and how it works. Hope help you!!!

  • I like this guy he's funny!! My gym has 6 of these machines and I so far only use them for holding plank positions - tonight I'm doing press ups and squats on them! Go, go, go !! :-)

  • head up on press ups - it prevents your back arching

  • Yes Scott finally got himself a new pair of shorts!

  • crazy man..

  • ya thats what she said

  • Stop being so cute.........

  • a couple days ago one of the staff at my gym where saying you cant put your foot flat on the machine is that true ??

( those guys who work there arent even ripped so..geuss they only know things out of the books )

  • Scott, I hear you can get really ripped from those vibrating belt machines from the 50's. Is this true?? I think I might get one.

  • @sreee348 if ur talking about the one for ur abs they dont work at all

  • this is pure BROscience/pseudoscience.

What makes this anymore legitimate than say, the shakeweight? C'mon people, let's not be so naive.

  • I WANT ONE TOO!!! it's a great technology, we can even exercise better at home! i'm wondering how much does it cost, must be expensive :X

  • @HaRtBrEaKiiiD yes they are verry expensive but its totally workout and also there its a lot o fenefits that u get from the power plate machine. The machine its $15,000 and actually the workout on the machine its about 30 minutes 3 time a week and your done. In a normal gym workout you stimulate about 45% of muscular fibers while on POWER PLATE you stimulate 97%.

  • May i ask how this helps and what are contractions?

  • I love this video. I love all of them actually!!!! Thank you for making such great, informative vids!

  • I just did the pushups on the power plate at the gym today.......and it was hard!

The third set was the hardest I did just 9 or 10 pushups.

But do you recommend it as a extra exercise in your gym routine or not?

  • Nice location of the gym, sweet sunset

  • I dont like this Doc. He is pushy as hell. He acts like he was annoyed you were there. Come on Scott, Hurry up Scott.....you would think he thought we were there to see him instead of the other way around. Might just be my perception but he was kinda annoying when your trying to talk to us about the exercise and the machine.

  • ziiiiiaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHzzzzzHBBBBBBBBB ZIAHHH

  • first of all i want to say that your videos are awesome and they help a lot. i have a question...is it better to have your cardio before the lifting weights training or after it?

  • So you really think we should use those or you just do it for the money? I would never stand and use one of those in the gym, I don't want a easy solution to workout I do it because I love it and I don't wanna stand on a plate.

  • @Themostpower yes, he's doing it for the money cause he's obviously getting PAID to do demonstrate something that clearly doesnt work even though it's been around since nasa invented it decades ago. And i think if you'd rather do something the harder way instead of the easier MORE EFFECTIVE way, then you're not the brightest. no offense.

  • @trashbash2001 That's not what I meant, but I train becuase I think it's fun, if it's more effective and so but I hate it I don't give a shit if it's easier to gain muscle, it wouldn't make me want to do it for a longer time.

  • @Themostpower oooookay, i think thats kinda like saying you'd rather use a spoon to dig a swimming pool rather than a shovel because you enjoy digging so much. But hey whatever floats your boat :)

  • @trashbash2001 Still don't get it? In the end I would have gained more for using the spoon because I think it was fun and it kept me doing it, than using the shovel and stoped after a few sec because I was bored to death,

  • I dont understand why hes wearing a shirt???...was that his new years resolution...

  • Damn man, you need to work on the legs..

  • Your videos motivate me to exercise.

  • my chest are vibrating LOL...

  • is their a right or wrong way to do push-ups ?

  • @soapmuff Nothing really, as l long as you don't hurt your shoulders.

  • woah you're wearing a top!

  • "My body likes to push hahda when its weakah" = Boston Accent lol

  • lol 3:47 TeaBags 3 Sets

  • zam, there goes another contraction!

  • scott is good guy belive me

  • nice ass...

  • hes got some good videos but hes pretty full of him self

  • @HockeySeanX not really

  • @magemagic101 watch how he acts lol

  • The girl recording is hottttt

    Who is she scotty ;]

  • i know notice you have an accent?

    3:05 :3:07

  • omg scott! your getting hotter by the minute! ;)

  • Sure you get pumped up but could you only do this as a workout i mean?

  • @Lowblowmannen best way to guarantee tearing of the muscles: Do this till you can't last 10 seconds then do some normal exercises to fail with whatever weight you can manage, in super-sets.

ie: for push ups do some chest, shoulder, tricep workouts. For legs do squat bench or dumbell squats (for safety).

To me, this is a good tool for models, actors and bodybuilders to get pumped before their performance. It reminds me of muscle confusion techniques to shock muscle memory

  • Great video scott!

  • nice forearms ^^

  • weren't there vibrating machines like these back in the 60's or something?

  • @CIarKent yes, they used them in space so astronauts wouldnt lose muscle mass when they came home from space

  • @ScottHermanFitness can u elaborate on that. lol. im actually curious to know.

  • cute butt ;)

  • you have got a lot bigger since i started watching your videos man

  • Powerplate is great, don't say it's bad if you didn't try'd it yet

    becaus you wil like it

  • Chuck Norris doesn't catch an STD, the STD catches Chuck Norris.

  • when chuck norris does up push ups, he doesnt push himself up, he pushes the earth down

  • between you endorsing this and the n.o explode, I'm starting to worry a bit.

  • 3:46 my girlfriend did that on me last night.

  • @DKtrecour

    WHAHAHAHAHHAHA XD

  • @DKtrecour hahahhaha

  • @DKtrecour bahahah good one bro

  • @DKtrecour ...and how did that go?

  • i like how his form worsens with each set. first set is perfect, second the arms widen, and last one his arms are so far apart and his head down lol

  • @boby6 widening of the arms makes provides more tearing of muscle fibres... and placing your head down does not lower the stress placed on the chest...

  • haha i love it when you make the link sounds

  • Ive tried this for a month and saw more results than the past 3 months i was working out. go to a gym that has this and try it, u have nothing to lose!

  • what ever its easy.. hahah

  • Great Video Scott

  • I'm pretty sure the whole "vibrating" equipment industry is a gimmick. Most American fatsos can't do regular pushups anyway. But hey, he likes trying wacky stuff so I won't take that from him.

  • my word look at that ass. gay men & lonely woman everywhere must be wetting themselves why they thumbs up this video.

  • @SpunkyMonSTAR o how you know us so well XD hahah

  • ive used that machine before stretching, it feels crazy just standing on it for 30 seconds let alone doing push ups on it

  • Where can we see more information about the Power Plate? I'm a little skeptical.

  • this video has lost you any cred you might have had

  • So, how much did you get paid to advertise that crappy machine that costs $8000? Come on Scott, you know yourself that machine won't do shit.

  • "Whatever...its easy" lmao

  • @indian838 Or some random guy on the internet that doesn't have to prove it says so.

  • @johnplayersstandard thats what Scott said, and i was laughing at what he said. why else do you think i put the quotes?

  • Damn, people call EVERYTHING they've never tried FAKE....I think it would work, the vibration would put more force/stress on the stabilizer muscles in the chest and arms...

  • what a shitty machine. i can get stronger than all those faggot gym rats with couple weights in my house

  • the guy is such a rapist

  • I find it funny people say this is bullshit. But people thought witchs were real. Fucking dumb people i swear lol

  • Never seen or tried one but it looks fake... and it seemed like you were exaggerating how tired you were... scott i understand there are only so many workout videos you can make but don't sell out dude! i bet jacking off on that thing would be reallyyy fun tho

  • Around 2:30 when Scott yells "Vibrate for me!" and starts grunting my mom walked downstairs, and she stood outside the door while she talked to me.

  • how those the vibrater helps???

  • @ryumariscal it contracts your muscles more while your doing the exercise. something like that. pretty much makes you work harder

  • Scott when are you going to do a RW/RR Challenge?!?!?!?!??

  • Thumbs up for Scott's beautiful buns!

  • @Butterz8 FAGGGGG

  • U're good!

  • I love those workin in the buns!

btw, you have great buns! :D

  • this is horseshit

  • ANOTHER great video, Scott!! Keep up the great work!

    TheAbStand*net

  • Scooby roar.

  • The Power Plate ROCKS and is very difficult if you are properly trained AND know how to use it. There are endless exercises and stretches possible. Try taking OFF that cushion and see how ya do.

  • When I was on a raw fruit and veggie diet my resting heart rate went down to 49 consistently and months after I went off of that diet my cholesterol is still way down at 140. ;-)

  • I don't get it, you did push ups on a vibrating floor? Whats the vibrating benefit?

  • 21 Day Fast Mass Building Is LIVE! - Gain Up To 12 Lbs Of Pure Muscle In 21 Days!

  • Thats some willpower dude !!!

  • POS

  • scott ur awesome but this suuuuuuuuuuuucked.

    power plate be shit.

always has been always will be and ur last set of push ups were bad man.

  • Too early

  • Just a warning for anyone who wants to sit down on these while they're on. It tingles your anus... BEWARE.

  • nice stamina

  • terrible form..... ur elbows are flaring out back, back isnt straight, head is down...

  • "Hows your heart rate?" "Its prolly at about 60 beats per second right now, cause im so healthy."

60 beats per second? Holy shit, thats fast. Thats actually....UNHEALTHY.

  • @skatepunk2112 60BPS is unhealthy?

lol if it was 100-110 after a set of pushups, yeah...but 60?

    Neh.

  • @MikeW259 the heart should really never go above 3 (maybe 3.2 if you're a young healthy male doing an INSANE cardio workout) beats per second. You (and Scott) are thinking of beats per minute. And 100 to 110 after sets of pushups is perfectly reasonable, even low. Plus, Scott was joking about it being at 60bpm. 60bpm is a pretty healthy resting heart rate, so if it was at 60bpm after the pushups, he would basically have to be superman.

  • Comment removed

  • Ive tried power plate, and in my experience it does the trick! you can really feel the burn after. Nice video scott!

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • most of these ppl havent tryed the power plate, maybe it actually works, u cant say until u tryed it, i kno i want 2, looks like a scam tho i have 2 admit

  • Power plate sucks, sorry... but you're awesome scott ! :D

  • Am I the only one that imagined Scott doing the squats on a giant dildo?

  • Your no Chuch Norris...

  • IMA DO THIS ON TOP OF MY WASHING MACHINE...

  • @deejaylovesandi haha thats genius saves

  • can you say gimmick?

  • dude, i really like your channel but lately you've been putting some lameass stuff here, and i know you know what really works on fitness, you have great vids, like one of those first back trainining vids, and this video is just ridiculous

  • is this some sort of joke?

  • rofl at 4:41

  • 3:04.. (strong) boston accent

  • Why don't you just tape a bunch of vibrators to your chest and legs, you'd probably get the same effect as this...thing.

  • Looks like a tool for a Winter "Beat me down".

  • that is kinda werid, last night i was reading about how lebron james uses these machines when he worksout and today you post a vid about em ..i was wondering could i just put a bunch of vibrators under my mattress and then workout and get the same results?

  • Ffs god damn iphone, anyways, try sit on it! Instantly makes you wanna go poop :D

  • Continueing here lol, goofing around but one thing

  • Haha nu friend and I found one of these babies at our new gym today. We were goofing around

  • finally, you wear a shirt ... -_-'

how much this "thing" cost eh? or maybe i should stick to my skipping rope

  • The idea of this technology angers me! I sit in school and all the girls go on about hwo they just stand still on the power plate for 20 minutes and it's a brilliant workout. If I had £1 every time they said that, I'd be damn wealthy...

Nothing beats some hi-intensity, get-pumped workout!

  • Seriously!

  • omg scott your a real beast man!! :) <3

  • Nice workout but seriously those squats made you look gay

  • What's the difference from this and Shake Weight...Excluding money difference.

  • Ouch.

  • A machine that helps with workout intensity??

Whats next,a machine that does the workout for you while you sit and watch TV??

Haha only joking, but keep up the good work!!

  • Omigod, love him....:D <3

  • LOL the more you workout the more your accent shows.

  • he's pushing harda while he's weaka.

  • Hey Scott

first of all thank you so much for youre awesome work here at youtube! I'm always excited about every new video coming out and you really helped me a lot in the past to keep up the training

Now I have one question: is it ok to do youre Pyramid PushUp Routine every day while doing a chest workout every monday? Or should i just do them later or at the end of the week or even stop it and just do the workout every monday?

Best regards from germany (-->excuse my language :D) stay as you are
