In silent hunter 5 (i know this is 4) i hit a transport, it listed heavily, and still didnt sink and hit 20 knots......how i dont know, but it took 4 torpedoes to sink it

@Davis4037 in 2h4 on a patrol I spotted a large tanker & it absorbed 6 torpedo hits before sinking & it took forever for it to sink. And its funny cause once I hit a shokaku carrier with one torpedo and it capsized in under a minute :P

Honestly, I think it's pretty badass that you hit the conning tower of the ship with a torpedo. Excellent work.

honestly i think the ship is going down before the last three struck, you could've used it on another ship. With that said, a kill is a kill.

@hzj79 Well when a ship is scuttled it means to delibrilatly sink a ship.

@hzj79 Plus, it was the way it went down. Bismarck also rolled over to port upside down and sank stern first.

Say whatever you want about wasting torpedoes, but managing to torpedo a ship's bridge is so worth it.

@drakesucks Oh. Well to train, just go to a port of your own and sink your own ships. Aim for the stern, bow, or make it jacknife and hit the keel (middle)

yeah i know i didnt know if it was going to sink so i was going to use those torpedoes to finish it off and i was pretty mad when the ship capsized right when the torps got there

Why did you fire more torpedo's at it when you could have used them on another battleship? Great hits btw and great luck for getting that close, no destroyer escorts?
