  • @TheJuiy havent tried but still recommend. its a good tool. i consider the new asylum one.

    i like to row for my cardios. and do some heavier lifting on the side. so i mix stuff up. this is after 3 yrs of p90x..

  • Brilliant vid :) I have just started p90x but i couldnt finish yoga (im on day 4) and i could not do it right :( Maybe i will get better at it over time.

  • @GlesgaRangersBouncey I came across a 50+ yrs old cyclist. i was like u should do more weights and fitness, what the point in competing at this age? he said, NEVER stop trying : )

  • @drtorqueP90XCoach Thats very true :) It is videos like yours that motivates me to give it 110% on p90x. I could not do a single pull up on day one and now only 5 days into it, although it was a struggle, I did my first unasisted pull up :D

  • @TheJuiy i didnt try it myself. but its one of the programs i recommend ppl. its more focused on weightloss, so id recommend it as a pre p90x program.. its less complex than p90x, less overall coverage.. but so what, its variety : )
