That is the back of my head (with the super short brown hair) at 00:27. Rob came straight from his car to us. It was totally surreal. He looked straight at me and said "Hi...I don't have a pen." I felt so silly b/c I'm sure I was just gaping at him like an idiot. It's hard to believe, but he is even better looking in person and is very gracious. He might only get one second with each person, but he makes direct eye contact with everyone. I love him even more now!
