im thinking of taking tkd im moving from the ciy and i cant box anymore because theres no boxing gyms where im going so i wanna be doing something at least
You will do fine...your greatest fighting tool is your brain. Use it and you will do fine....perservearance is a tenant of tae kwon do, keep doing it no matter how hard it is. You can do it!!
This is my children's videos and they check their videos out from time to time. I don't need people who are bored and have no life to leave foul and nasty remarks concerning their friends at tkd. And the ones that are leaving their nasty comments have probably not even had any formal training and my 10 year old black belt outranks them.
Awesome! Keep at it. My oldest son, Austin, just got his black belt. It was pretty hard. Keep it up, once you have it, it's an accomplishment no one can take away. I wish I had done it.
that's master rada, the instructor of Rada's karate. He was pretending my son had something on his pants. He is always giving my son a hard time. He told him he thought he had poo on it. There was nothing there but the look on my kid's face was priceless. He can be pretty serious and he doesn't take crap from the kids either.
lol ya i see wut u mean and might i ask which type of gong fu its the same with karate lol there is no actual karate or gong fu theres many varients the gong fu im about to take is a form of shaolin mantis im also gonna learn many forms of shaolin and tai chi chuan and qi gong so i gotta ways to go lol if u want tell ur son austin i wish him luck and fortune on his journey
Nevada is a bit far...but I have been through Carson before. I used to live in LA and would pass through going cross country. Austin wants to take Kung Fu with a friend of mine. I tell him that he can after he becomes a certified black belt. Then he can take both classes. He has made a commitment to Master Rada that he will stay till he makes black belt and he says he will continue with class. The youngest wants to become a master in TKD. We will see. LOL
nahhh i go to carson tae kwon do center its not rly popular anymore but i still like it hes a tradtitional teacher even if he isnt korean its actually funny some of the peoples korean cuz the names of the forms are in korean but nevada is kind of far away from oklahoma i mean unless making that trip is no problem lol does ur son do any other martial arts
Where do you go? Is it in Tulsa? I really love Master Rada and I don't want to pull my kids out of his studio, but I always enjoy watching other martial arts and enjoy visiting other schools.
nice well my place only is open 3 times a week and i go every day and classes r only 1 hour but i train at home for about 4 hours almost daily and u should join its fun lol im new to tae kwon do but not to martial arts
lol ok i wouldnt no i take up traditional tae kwon do and most of time im only one in dojo with teacher and my mom doesnt watch so there r no tkd moms but i will and a comment to ur sons is that they are very good
lol ya i just love wut u guys r talking about lol and is one of those kids a black belt or a blue belt cuz the light isnt rly shining into that area on my computer
That is Jarod, my 6 year old blue belt fighting a black belt. My other son, Austin, is the red belt in the background. Yes, we tae kwon do moms get into a BIG variety of topics. (And sometimes we tae kwon do moms get into a BIG variety of topics with Master Rada, too!) That was the other moms discussing tans. Of course, my favorite part is Master Rada pretending to sample something from Jarod's rear end. I am pleased that you enjoyed it. Stay tuned...more videos to come.

great vid, but the conversation is sort of distracting, still pretty nice. I know it's hard to be a black belt, so congrats.

Thank you. How often do you take class? My boys take class 5 days a week, sometimes 2 or 3 hrs a day. I have often thought about taking class myself.
