@vinvolupto Just go and receive the hug. Dress modestly and take your shoes off. The hug is totally free. Sometimes you get a free token and they have the numbers on the token and have signs to watch-- its signs in prominent places. This is so you dont have to wait in line so long. There may be a line to get the token so get there early. if it is your first time you will be preferred over those who already saw her. They organize the crowd very well here in the USA. Just do as they say.

well...i actually got one after asking you here. It was an interesting experience, but I did feel her presence even among all the people and I felt peaceful after our hug. Compared to other "gurus" and "teachers" she doesn't promote any products or books...though they do sell them at the events. I will most likely see her again in the future. Before anyone criticizes Amma, just ask one question: What does she DO? She hugs people and tries to relieve the suffering of mankind to the best of her abilities. She doesn't ask for devotion; she doesn't ask for followers; she doesn't even preach. When people say that she is GOD, she is the supreme divinty, that is THEM saying that, not her. "By their works ye shall know them" and by her works we shoould know her. She is the embodiment of love and service and for THAT, I love her.

If god is infinite it can only exist that way, if god is a separate being then he cant be infinite, if something is infinite then there can be nothing else except that or it cant be infinite! Two separate things like you and god cant exist it will be two finite beings becoz two is already finite.

Amma is in the mist of all of that and is doing selfless acts, giving out food and shelter, and trying to encourage others to love one another I would say that is VERY special....
