My mom has a doctor in that building up on 2, and she rides the elevator to get to her doctor. I've ridden that elevator before, but I didn't get stuck in it like your dad did. Sorry to hear about that! Did you film the Otis Series 1 Hydraulic at the other end of this building? Also in the building next door they have Dover Impulse hydros. Did you also film those?

what did your dad do when he got stuck

@elevatorclay Rang the alarm for 5 minutes and no response. Then picked up the phone got a dial tone. Pressed 0 and a receptionist answered, and dad said he was stuck in the elevator. She responded "we dont have an elevator" He said well I am stuck in it! She said. OH YEAH that elevator, it was just put in a couple days ago and it is already broken? Dad said apparantely so and she said I was wondering what that bell going off in the hallway was. 30 mins later long elevator got there.

@dieselducy The receptionist knew fair and square the building has an elevator and she didn't seem intrested in doing her job. If I displayed an attitude like that towards customers, I would have been fired.
