I am getting only 22FPS average while playing GTA 4 on medium settings and 1024x768 resolution. Why? What's the problem of such low FPS? can anyone explain me?

this is patch 1.0.4.0 right? and not 1.0.7.0? i guess the game runs better at older patch? cause i run it on win 7 32bit intel i5 650 3.20 GHz and 4 GB ram ddr3 1333 MHz just like yours but my vid card is gtx 460 1GB ram gddr5 and it still facking lagging! and textures are facking annoying flickering every 5 seconds!

@Umributt your RAM dosent matter when you fit a video card,but i would recommend change of the ram (or the whole computer if it gets messy) also the XFX version of the card fits EVERYWHERE if you have a very small computer case.
