President Obama lifts ban on US entry for those with HIV

now i don't have anything against people with HIV at all and i love obama but i think he is making a big mistake. the reason is because this can increase the hiv rate in this country. and i know people here are going to be like "practice safe sex blah blah blah"...that's true but what about the rapists and pedophiles that will be entering this country HELLO? what if an hiv+ tourist rapes an american citizen? exactly so i seriously think obama should not lift that ban

Its not about ALL hiv-posetiv comeing to USA, its about that all the other leading richest countrys in the world NEVER had this ban for hiv-posetive ever. Still this countrys there ALWAS have/had open boardes for hiv-posetives actuly is this countrys there have the LOWEST rate% in the whole world with hiv-persons.

Its about mature responsibility and safer sex between two indivudiels, and knowledge about hiv, 40-60% of the citizien around the world have a complete unknowledge what hiv realy is.
