The funny part is at the end, when the cab driver says that he is from Cote d'Ivoire/Ivory Coast and the two diplomats say "no wonder why, he's "ivoirien", y voit rien, ivoirien is the name of the inhabitants of the Ivory Coast and in French, when you say "ivoirien", it's very close to "il voit rien", which means he doesn't see anything in French. A lot of people didn't get the joke I guess lol
