just replace the minor/major triad chords with the augmented, Diminished and 7ths versions and you got jazz. lol

I've always admired pianists who set about to attempt the almost impossible task of recreating styles of others. A now deceased friend of mine near Manchester UK spent a large part of his life doing the same. You have made a lovely job of this actually. I realise it's difficult not to sound a bit mechanical reading but 10/10.

This is really well done. Very faithful, indeed. Garner's technique on this song is great, especially the left-hand comp rhythm during the solo. The syncopation splits the player's mind in two... ;-)

yeah, pretty cool - a great labor of love I'm sure. From my favorite Garner album (Magician) - I can't imagine what was involved in transcribing and learning it. nice job. are there any published Garner transcriptions (not that I could play them) ?

I love this EG recording. There is something funny, in a good way, about his modernizing his repetoire while his style remained largely the same. It always makes me smile. Your chops are excellent, and an incredibly faithful transcription.*****
